FAQ’s:

Are players only evaluated through the tryout setting?
For players inside the club: Our Directors and coaches keep internal documentation and have daily communication about player performance, development and potential growth throughout the calendar year. The Triad Program has a history of promoting players from East/West > Premier/Elite > ECNL throughout the calendar year. Our Directors and Coaches operate on a year-round evaluation of players in addition to the tryout. The tryout evaluation is a final comparison of players that have been evaluated throughout the calendar year.

For players outside the club: Our Directors and coaches will scout/evaluate players from outside the Triad program in games and showcases. Players are encouraged to reach out to the ECNL Director if they have interest in joining the program. Players are welcome to attend scheduled ECNL ID sessions that take place throughout the year. If you are interested in the Triad program at any point during the calendar year, please contact Jpardini@ncfusion.org

What if my daughter cannot attend the tryouts due to school/class trip?
Please contact the Director and Head Coach and let them know. Any players who is unable to attend the evaluation night from within NC Fusion will be evaluated based on their 2018-19 Season and coach/DOC feedback. Players from outside the club please contact us.
