A style that focuses on players making their own decisions, and learning over time. My goal as a coach is to challenge players to take risk, play with intention, and to prepare each player for the rest of their soccer journey.
Favorite memory as a player?
Playing for Real Salt Lake Academy. It opened my eyes to what standards need to be met every day to make it as a player, and that a perspective outside of your home environment is important. Also it sparked my interest to coach after have great coaches there, and seeing all of the details needed to develop players.
